Shipping:
We ship goods with Overnight Courier across New Zealand. Orders may take 1-2 business days to process before it's shipped.
Rural deliveries will take longer in some areas.
Transit times do not include Public Holidays.
Deliveries are only made on business days, not weekends.
Orders are delivered using courier and require a signature upon delivery, non-signature option is also available for some products. We only deliver to residential or business addresses. If you order goods with signature delivery, please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. A Card To Call might be left if your parcel needed a signature and courier were unavailable to sign, couldn’t gain access to your delivery address, or didn’t feel it was safe to leave it. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the item number and what you need to do to have the items re-delivered.
We are not responsible for any courier deliveries. If any issues please contact the carrier.
International Shipping:
- For all International orders we can ship some items within estimated time delivery 10-20 working days or more, depending on the country, from overseas warehouse, please allow for this when making your purchase.
- We ship all our orders Monday-Friday.
- You may have to pay customs duties and taxes for shipping of goods.
- If the order unable be delivered to the recipient and is returned back to us, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.
New Zealand Shipping:
- We offer FREE standard New Zealand wide shipping on all orders over $249.
- We ship goods with Overnight Courier across New Zealand. Order may take 1-2 business days to process before it's shipped.
- Shipping costs varies depending on the weight of the item.
- We ship all our orders Monday-Friday.
- If the order unable to be delivered to the recipient and is returned back to us, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.
Australian Shipping:
- Light Weight Shipping (0.3 kg – 0.5 kg) - $19.99.
- Medium Weight Shipping (0.5 kg – 0.8 kg) - $79.99.
- Heavy Weight Shipping (0.8 kg – 4.0 kg) - $99.99.
- For orders to Australia average estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days. We can ship some items within estimated time delivery 10 working days from overseas warehouse. However, some items may take up to 20 working days or more - please allow for this when making your purchase.
- For all Australian orders 5-20 days are estimated for delivery.
- We ship all our orders Monday-Friday.
